FinanceFlo AI Opportunity Sprint - Scope Summary
Five artefacts your team can act on the morning of Day 6. £995 fixed fee. 5x value guarantee. Credited toward implementation if you proceed within 30 days.
Stack value at retail: £6,900. Fixed Sprint fee: £995.
Production-grade spec for your priority finance workflow. Decomposed into planner agent and sub-agents, with input contracts, output contracts, escalation logic, and the failure cases the agent must refuse. Written in the format agents take literally.
Pre-emptive review against the six failure modes that break finance AI in production: context degradation, specification drift, sycophantic confirmation, tool selection errors, cascading failure, and silent failure. Mapped to your real data, your real systems, your real exposure.
The evaluation harness that 80 percent of in-house AI initiatives skip. Test cases from your actual close, AP, AR, FP&A, and treasury workflows. Scoring rubric tied to your KPIs. Human-review sampling strategy that catches the silent failures before the board does.
Outcome-first hiring brief for the AI role you are considering. Tells you whether to hire, contract, or buy a service. If you need to hire, the spec is the one your recruiter has been asking for. If you do not, you have just saved a 142-day search.
Already posted a role and getting either nothing or a flood of unqualified applicants? The audit scores your posting against the seven skills the market actually rewards, identifies the contradictions, and rewrites the parts that are repelling the talent you want.
None of this is gating: if you do not have it, the Day-1 mapping call surfaces it. But the more of this you bring, the more depth the artefacts have.
Step 1
One named workflow
The exact finance workflow we will build the artefacts around. Examples: month-end close, AP exception handling, intercompany reconciliation, three-statement forecast refresh. One workflow, not five.
Step 2
Workflow owner + a 30-minute Day-1 slot
The senior person on your team who runs that workflow today. They sit on the Day-1 mapping call. Without them in the room the artefacts are guesses.
Step 3
A redacted sample of the data
Two or three real records (anonymised) showing what the workflow consumes. Cleaner than a screenshot of an Excel header. We sign an NDA before Day 1 if you do not have one already.
Step 4
Your stack
ERP (Sage X3, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, etc.), close-management (BlackLine, FloQast, Trintech), reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Pigment, Anaplan), and any AI you have already touched.
Step 5
Sponsor pressure
What does your PE sponsor or audit committee actually want? AI proof point, cost takeout, faster close, board-pack automation, headcount substitution? The artefacts mean nothing if they do not answer the actual question being asked of you.
Step 6
30-day implementation budget signal (optional)
If you intend to proceed past the Sprint into the Workflow Drop-In or Command Centre tier, share an order-of-magnitude budget. Not a commitment - it shapes which workflow we recommend you ship first.
All four commitments live in the engagement letter. The Sprint cannot proceed until both sides have signed.
If the five artefacts do not deliver at least £4,975 in identified annualised value (5x the £995 fee), we refund the £995 in full. No clawback on what you keep.
Day 1 mapping call. Days 2-4 artefact build. Day 5 two-hour executive walkthrough. £995, no scope creep, no hourly clock running.
The full £995 is credited against the AI Workflow Drop-In (£4,995) or AI Command Centre (£14,997) tier if you proceed within 30 days of Day 5. Sprint cost becomes zero on the day implementation starts.
Buy the Sprint directly, or take a 15-minute scoping call first to confirm fit. Either path is honest. Visitors who book the call first close at a higher rate; visitors who buy directly start a day sooner.
Document version 2026-05-03. Founding cohort price (£995) ends 23:59 UK on 15 May 2026. Engagement letter, NDA, and data-handling note available on request before any invoice issues.
